You Have Been Assigned To: The MEANER SUBMARINERS

The MEANER SUBMARINERS wander the ocean free of geo-political restraint from a SECRET UNDERSEA BASE in northern Europe. This crew has immersed itself completely in naval history and evasive tactics, having salvaged the long-range patrol submarine HRM Proteus in 1946 from a naval scrapyard in Troon, South Ayrshire, Scotland.

This undersea gang is the perhaps the most wildly UNPREDICTABLE in terms of its reach—the only union team without a strategic navigator, both its captain and crew prefer SPONTANEOUS TRAVEL as well as unplanned junk-discovery, and have been recorded at international union depots in Norway, Indonesia, Tasmania, Russia, Japan, Tunisia and beyond.

Not coincidentally, this crew has been blacklisted several times for breaking cover, surfacing and docking in populated areas without the concealment of night. Although adept at blending in with local populations (one of the crew’s favourite past times), the Submariners tend to appear more as local caricatures than authentic citizens and frequently require the union’s assistance by way of public relations suppression and law enforcement bribery.

Should your application be forwarded to the Recruitment Office for consideration, and should said application be accepted for apprenticeship, the following senior commanding officer may agree to tolerate your presence as contractually agreed below.
