NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
I agree not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any information with respect to any business conducted by the Treasure Hunters & Useful Goods Salvagers Society and International Union ("the organization"). Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, it is agreed that I will not disclose crew inventories, attack and procurement tactics, strategic intent or any other proprietary information not known to the public unless otherwise approved, in writing, by the UNION CHIEF.
This obligation of confidence shall continue for a period of ALWAYS/FOREVER.
I acknowledge that the aforesaid restrictions are necessary and fundamental to the business of the Association, and are reasonable given the nature of the business carried on by the Association. I agree that this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction of EVERYWHERE.
The organization shall be entitled and has the right to obtain an injunction to ensure compliance with this agreement, compliance being secured by ANY METHOD deemed effective by the organization.
I enter into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its meaning, and without duress.
